Welcome to LOKA CRYPTO. By using this website, user dashboard, admin dashboard, wallet, deposit, withdrawal, referral, group business, earnings, exchange, spot trading, and support features, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Users must provide correct registration details including name, email, mobile number, security PIN, and any required verification information.
KYC verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, exchange, spot trading, subscription earnings, group business, and referral commission are allowed.
Manual deposits are credited only after admin verification. Auto deposits may be detected through blockchain API or admin detection tools and credited after verification.
Withdrawal requests are subject to balance checks, security PIN verification, KYC status, and admin approval. Rejected withdrawals may be refunded to the user wallet.
Users are responsible for checking order details, coin pair, price, amount, and wallet balance before placing exchange or spot trading orders. Completed trades may not be reversible.
Referral commission is released only after the referred user business is verified and approved by admin.
Group creation, business target submission, and commission release are subject to admin verification and approval.
Crypto assets are volatile and involve risk. Users are responsible for their own decisions. LOKA CRYPTO does not guarantee profits, fixed returns, or risk-free transactions unless explicitly shown in an approved plan.
The platform may hold, reject, reverse, review, or investigate transactions, documents, accounts, commissions, and withdrawals for security, fraud prevention, and compliance reasons.
